TEILNAHMEBEDINGUNGEN ZUM GEWINNSPIEL DER JK International GmbH
Diese Teilnahmebedingungen beziehen sich auf das Gewinnspiel der JK International GmbH, Köhlershohner Straße 60, 53578 Windhagen (nachfolgend „Veranstalter“ genannt). Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel richtet sich ausschließlich nach diesen Teilnahmebedingungen. Das Gewinnspiel steht in keinerlei Verbindung zu Instagram und wird in keiner Weise von Instagram organisiert oder unterstützt.
1) Dauer des Gewinnspiels
Die Dauer des Gewinnspiels erstreckt sich über die Zeit vom 03.05. bis zum 08.05.2023 um 14 Uhr. Die Gewinnermittlung erfolgt am Montag (08.05.23) um 15 Uhr.
2) Ablauf des Gewinnspiels

und die Zustimmung zu diesen Teilnahmebedingungen. Die Teilnahme ist nur innerhalb des Teilnahmezeitraums möglich. Nach Teilnahmeschluss eingehende Einsendungen werden bei der Auslosung nicht berücksichtigt.
Pro Teilnehmer nimmt nur eine übermittelte Anmeldung am Gewinnspiel teil. Es ist strengstens untersagt, mehrere Konten zur Erhöhung der Gewinnchancen zu verwenden.
Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist kostenlos.
3) Teilnahmeberechtigte
Teilnahmeberechtigt sind natürliche Personen, die Ihren Wohnsitz in der Europäischen Union und das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet haben. Die Teilnahme ist nicht auf Kunden des Veranstalters beschränkt und nicht vom Erwerb einer Ware oder Dienstleistung abhängig.
Sollte ein Teilnehmer in seiner Geschäftsfähigkeit eingeschränkt sein, bedarf es der Einwilligung seines gesetzlichen Vertreters.
Nicht teilnahmeberechtigt am Gewinnspiel sind alle an der Konzeption und Umsetzung des Gewinnspiels beteiligte Personen und Mitarbeiter des Veranstalters sowie ihre Familienmitglieder. Zudem behält sich der Veranstalter vor, nach eigenem Ermessen Personen von der Teilnahme auszuschließen, wenn berechtigte Gründe vorliegen, beispielsweise:
(a) bei Manipulationen im Zusammenhang mit Zugang zum oder Durchführung des Gewinnspiels, (b) bei Verstößen gegen diese Teilnahmebedingungen, (c) bei unlauterem Handeln oder (d) bei falschen oder irreführenden Angaben im Zusammenhang mit der Teilnahme an dem Gewinnspiel.
4) Gewinn, Benachrichtigung und Übermittlung des Gewinns
Das Gewinnspiel umfasst 1 Geschenkeset Beauty Angel Skincare.
Die Ermittlung der Gewinner erfolgt nach Teilnahmeschluss im Rahmen einer auf dem Zufallsprinzip beruhenden Verlosung unter allen Teilnehmern.
Die Gewinner werden zeitnah über private Nachricht, Verlinkung in der zugehörigen Kanal-Story und/oder E-Mail informiert. Jeder Gewinner muss sich innerhalb von 1 Woche per E-Mail oder Direktnachricht bei Beauty Angel melden. Meldet sich ein Gewinner nicht innerhalb dieser Frist, kann der Gewinn vom Veranstalter auf einen anderen Teilnehmer übertragen werden.
5) Vorzeitige Beendigung des Gewinnspiels
Der Veranstalter behält sich vor, das Gewinnspiel zu jedem Zeitpunkt ohne Vorankündigung und ohne Angabe von Gründen abzubrechen oder zu beenden. Von dieser Möglichkeit macht der Veranstalter insbesondere dann Gebrauch, wenn aus technischen Gründen (z. B. Viren im Computersystem, Manipulation oder Fehler in der Hard- und/ oder Software) oder aus rechtlichen Gründen eine ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Gewinnspiels nicht gewährleistet werden kann. Sofern eine derartige Beendigung durch das Verhalten eines Teilnehmers verursacht wird, kann der Veranstalter von dieser Person den entstandenen Schaden zurück verlangen.
6) Datenschutz
Für die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist die Angabe von persönlichen Daten notwendig. Der Teilnehmer versichert, dass die von ihm gemachten Angaben zur Person, insbesondere Vor-, Nachname, Anschrift und E Mail Adresse wahrheitsgemäß und richtig sind.
Der Veranstalter weist darauf hin, dass sämtliche personenbezogenen Daten des Teilnehmers weder an Dritte weitergegeben noch diesen zur Nutzung überlassen werden.
Es werden alle E-Mail-Adressen und die freiwillig angegebenen Daten der Teilnehmer erfasst und ausschließlich zur Gewinnermittlung gespeichert. Alle Daten werden spätestens 30 Tage nach Ende des Gewinnspiels gelöscht. Den Teilnehmern stehen die gesetzlichen Auskunfts-, Änderungs- und Widerrufsrechte zu.
7) Widerruf
Es steht dem Teilnehmer jederzeit frei, per Widerruf unter info@ergoline.de die Löschung seiner Registrierungsdaten zu bewirken und somit von der Teilnahme zurückzutreten.
8) Kontakt, Anwendbares Recht
Das Gewinnspiel wird von der JK International GmbH durchgeführt. Bei Rückfragen oder Beanstandungen wenden Sie sich an info@ergoline.de.
Das Gewinnspiel des Veranstalters unterliegt ausschließlich dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.
9) Salvatorische Klausel
Sollte eine Bestimmung dieser Teilnahmebedingungen ganz oder teilweise unwirksam sein oder werden, so wird dadurch die Gültigkeit dieser Teilnahmebedingungen im Übrigen nicht berührt.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE JK International GmbH GIVE-AWAY
These conditions of participation refer to the competition of JK International GmbH, Köhlershohner Straße 60, 53578 Windhagen (hereinafter referred to as „Organizer“). Participation in the competition is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation. The competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way organized or supported by Instagram.
1) Duration of the competition
The duration of the give away extends over the period from 03.05. to 08.05.2023 at 2 pm. The prize draw will take place on Monday (08.05.23) at 3 pm.

and agreeing to these terms and conditions. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered for the draw.
Only one submitted entry per participant will be entered into the Sweepstakes. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple accounts to increase your chances of winning.
Participation in the competition is free of charge.
3) Eligible participants
Eligible to participate are natural persons who are resident in the European Union and have reached the age of 18. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
Should a participant be limited in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.
Not eligible to participate in the competition are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the organizer as well as their family members. In addition, the organizer reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example:
(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the sweepstakes, (b) in the event of violations of these terms and conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair conduct, or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the sweepstakes.
4) Winning, notification and transmission of the prize
The competition includes 1 Giftset Beauty Angel Skin care.
The winners will be determined after the closing date by a random draw among all participants.
The winners will be informed promptly via private message, linking in the associated channel story and/or email. Each winner must contact Beauty Angel via email or direct message within 1 week. If a winner does not get in touch within this period, the prize may be transferred to another participant by the organizer.
5) Premature termination of the competition
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The organizer will make use of this possibility in particular if for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons a proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, the organizer may demand reimbursement from this person for any damages incurred.
6) Data protection
Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data. The participant assures that the personal data provided by him/her, in particular first name, last name, address and e-mail address are true and correct.
The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor given to them for use.
All e-mail addresses and the voluntarily provided data of the participants will be recorded and stored exclusively for the purpose of determining the prize. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition. The participants are entitled to the legal rights of information, modification and revocation.
7) Revocation
Participants are free to cancel their registration data at any time by sending a revocation to info@ergoline.de and thus withdraw from participation.
8) Contact, applicable law
The competition is carried out by JK International GmbH. If you have any queries or complaints, please contact info@ergoline.de.
The competition of the organizer is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The legal process is excluded.
9) Severability clause
Should any provision of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions of participation.
